so the deal is done + this is all we’ve been hearing lately. can’t wait to get in soon but in the meantime thought we’d do our part + clean out the frig in the new place.
wet spring here + finally getting glimpses of summer but then not. been here one year now but already getting used to it.
here we are enjoying a sun break recently. things are all crazy now as we just bought a new house. mom + dad are doing something called “remodel” for a month while we basically hold down the fort.
have more on that soon as we really dig the place – especially our new family room + bunk beds. not to mention one fine backyard. hoot hoot.
another rockin daddy day last week. made it out to the curious george exhibit at the children’s museum + then home for naps. after that took a trip through the park + all the way down to the river. great ‘hood + good times with my ‘brudda’.
so i’m not perfect yet. still working on my eating skills a bit.
how was i supposed to know that you can’t set an ice cream cone down.
cash has told me about how good carrots are + i didn’t really agree. that is until i realized that at school he’s eating them with the best thing ever – ranch dip. how come no one told me about this sooner. i ate a gallon or two at dinner the other night + couldn’t get enough.

not much. definitely not like it used to in montucky. but was fun to watch everyone here freak out + close everything. we still had school but did get in a bit of playtime in the white stuff.
time flies, though to be honest i doesn’t always seem that way. took me forever just to start crawling much less walking. speaking of, dad got me a fly pair of vans this week. my first real shoes. way better then the nike’s cash is sporting. what’s up with zippers on your shoes cash!?!?!?
anyway, can’t believe this was a whole year ago in another part of the country.
so i caught my first real rock show this weekend! + i’m not even 3. my dad’s friend from seattle has a band that plays the rock n roll i like but sings about stuff that matters…. like, you know, bath time, the first day of skool, that kinda thing.
was lucky enough to ditch my nap this weekend + catch ‘em downtown. big thanx to the not it’s for a super fun time. can’t wait to do that again.

so sometimes in the am we like to rock out with dad. he’s given us a few ideas + we’ve absorbed + rejected them at free will.
combine that with our refined sense of style + well, you get a good mix of music.
