good friends coming thru town lately. first met esme from cali while mom & cash were back east for a few days. i brought donuts over to dad’s friends, tim & chrissy & josh & julie & was a big hit. more in the fun dad & I had in a bit.
lately though was all about out of town friends. ton o tackling & games w ben & henry from the coast & then long lost friends parkin & ladd from montana.
anyway, here’s what all that can do to one’s head, especially mine.
ryder’s still not always nice with his teeth. this is from Xmas at Mimi & poppa’s. uncle pudge calls him chompers now.
mom keeps sayin i need a helmet. both cash + i have been using my head as a battering ram lately. here it was a full speed tackle into the dishwasher. dad said i had a horn for a day.
was great while it lasted. starting to turn though + to be honest we can’t wait. spent a bit of time this weekend running around in the rain + then straight into a hot bath. miss the pool already. but ry + i both dig our rain jackets.
great visits from friends lately, especially theresa from montana this last weekend. she’s fun one that crazy girl is. + she’s got great taste in shoes.
we managed to squeeze in a hike on mt hood a few weekends ago as well as some fun time with mimi + papa + out to the cousins soccer game. have that up soon. in the meantime, ry’s learning how to sing happy birthday to himself + i’m telling him all about halloween.

found a new trick lately that i’ve heard my east coast cousin owen used to use. my first time two nights ago but not sure i’m down with it yet really.
after not getting my way after dinner (don’t even remember what it was that set me off) i proceeded to throw myself at mom’s chair as she + dad ate dinner. i sat there + cried so hard that i couldn’t bring in enough air + simply passed out.
cold.
just like that fell backwards on the wood floor knocking my head good. of course that got mom + dad up in hurry. so fast in fact that as mom picked me up i passed out again in her arms.
well, they weren’t exactly fans of this new trick but it only last a second or two each time. of course i topped it off by throwing up dinner all over the living room + mom. that really got me some good luvin…. not to mention dessert.
keep you posted if i need to pull that trick out again.

so had a tough past two weeks at school. first had another boy bite me on the cheek enough to scare me into the arms of the nearest teacher (that would be katie). then just this last week a girl bit my arm while i was playing. not really sure if i’m just that cute or what.
luckily had grandparents k out last week to help with everything + give me a break from that place. here’s a shot from grammy during her stay.
and just the other day mom, dad + i went out to a fine little pumpkin patch + got our bounty for the big halloween next weekend. i’m going to be a sheriff + can’t wait to get out + get some loot. though i’m getting excited to meet my little brother in a few days as well.
