On the coast with Fran & Grammy for the big party. And, of course, donuts.
hit up the kircher farm for our Xmas tree this weekend & uncle pudge made the adventure with us. was an all boys affair & nice and cold.
so i’m learning how to master the writing skills it takes to make it these days. here’s an example;

great time for halloween. really got it this year being that i’m two now. cash showed me how to really trick or treat it up. plus, aunt dani + uncle mark joined us this year so we had fun all weekend. hit the local parade + stayed up late sorting loot. already have ideas for next year though like dad’s idea to make the chariot into a drag racer with me as the driver…

just for fun took a weekday adventure to an elk refuge with dad, poppa & uncle pudge. Got to ride in a big tractor to feed this group of bulls – 24 of ‘em. (uncle pudge & poppa were drooling.) Then a big lunch at camp 8 on 26.
Didn’t even sleep on the way home so had my first real day without a nap. + i did great according to mom & dad.
luv our new found hiking mecca of mt hood. first time for us to really get out for a day hike together. opens the door to a whole new world.

time flies, though to be honest i doesn’t always seem that way. took me forever just to start crawling much less walking. speaking of, dad got me a fly pair of vans this week. my first real shoes. way better then the nike’s cash is sporting. what’s up with zippers on your shoes cash!?!?!?
anyway, can’t believe this was a whole year ago in another part of the country.
was a big celebration for my little bros first bday. so big in fact it covered two different days in two different houses.
first up, the entire family throwing down for mom + me all on one big nite (ryder was up until almost 8pm). here are the shots from that homemade chocolate cupcake feista. more from the second party soon.
so last weekend was the first time mom + dad took off together without me + cash. granted, i’ve only been here for 8 months or so but cash’s been around twice that long. so good for them. trip to norcal for college friends’ wedding. obviously there’s no pictures for something like this but thought i should make a note of it anyway.
big bro + i had a blast with mimi + poppa in portland + didn’t even get lonely until the last day (day3). we nearly ate everything they had on hand + really riled up the cousins but had a good time doing it.
