so obviously a lot goin on lately. just had poppa’s big 70 party – not sure how many that is but it’s a lot!
workin on the yard & our new fort with dad & just finished the garden yesterday w mom.
more soon but here i am w my first fortune cookie. ate the paper or at least tried to…
just another day after skool in a tent without our pants…
in a nutshell, great stuff. some of the experiments we’re not so sure about but dad knows his way around the kitchen. we’re into brussel sprouts, strawberries, homemade juices, turkey meatballs, orzo + rice rice rice. rice + eggs for breakfast is outstanding as are garlic cheddar grits. nori for snacks.
that said little bro + i are starting to grow our differences as well. ry digs on raisins + i never have. here’s a pic of dinner last week – cuke + tomato salad with soybeans, mexican pork loin, baked kale + seasoned rice. delish.

with only a few days until my big #4 thought we’d relive a few from the past. well, since there are only a few in the past maybe just one or two.
this is one of dad’s faves from #2 in montana.

better late than never. with my 4th birthday week well under way thought we better get this out for your viewing pleasure. ryder + i have been busier then ever (gettin dirty, finding candy, ridin’ bikes, you know) so this took awhile.

hello cousins. so ryder & i have 6 cousins. not bad. mom has none. and dad, well dad more or less had three but knew there were a few more out there.
a few more turns out to be a whopping 43. we were lucky enough to get back in touch with the canada clan (all mimi’s people) recently.
in fact, great new cousin megan, dads first cousin, just stopped in last weekend from vancouver bc. here ry & i are showin her how we work the camera.
fun day here in town. can’t wait to see her in the next roller derby! hope to see you again soon cuz.
so i’m almost 4, gettin’ to be a big boy + takin’ care of ryder. you know showing him the ropes + the love. even when we’re just out walkin’.
love it when mom + dad are in a “treat” mood. + that we live close to donuts.
