so far, so good. my super crimefighting abilities have proven well for the first few hours of this, my first holiday!
wow, that’s a fair number of candles. but then again i haven’t been around any cake and candles before so maybe it’s not so bad.
either way, dad and i have a blast with you everyday mom – we love laughing with you. wish you the best birthday ever… and the only one where i won’t be having any of that cake!
dad and i put together this cool pre-me print of mom (and me) for her big day. isn’t she great!!!
it’s that time of year again. i’m doing my duty, don’t forget to do your part. now, if i could just find a sharp pencil ……

not the best way to spend my half year bday but i actually made it thru like a champ.
in fact, mom & dad took me on my first trip to missoula the same day. good chance for me to check out the ‘big city’ in these parts.
even watched my first chinese meal – can’t quite take part yet.
soon though, i’m up to breakfast, lunch & dinner these days.
they caught a pinback show and i got to see town and hang out with my good friend karen.

the big half year today and i’m loving it. never been happier. smiling more than ever and my talking is really coming along …. at least i’m getting louder. my folks are pretty sure i said “hola” to the cat this morning but i’m not sure i was aiming in that direction.
everything is beautiful here in the valley and fall is really taking shape here. i’m eating good breakfasts and dinners and feeling good about that. but unfortunately whoever is around in the mid day time slot tends to get the messy brunt of that whole deal.

so, dad was gone last week and mom and i got serious about my first real holiday – halloween. what a great way for me to start the season off. really excited to see all the costumes. got my act together and with mom’s fine sewing skills we put together a fine outfit.
only giving a sneak preview here as we have a few weeks to perfect everything but here i am enjoying the good bits. i’ve been working on videos too and should have those up soon, stay tuned.
